AspireMN engages the administration and state agencies to represent concerns and collaborate around field and provider needs
Association committees and workgroups develop policy proposals and support practice implementation

Secured ongoing funding for Minnesota’s children’s residential treatment providers
Collaborating with stakeholders to launch the redesign of community-based mental health rates
Assuring provider sustainability during the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) transition, including financial support for background studies and negotiation around legislative language for implementation
Grow
Welcoming new partners to support and continue the innovation of Quality Parenting Initiative-Minnesota (QPI-MN) for foster care and the broader field
Hosting CEO Roundtable discussions to explore value-based purchasing and other timely matters of member interest
Develop
Engaging with DHS and the legislature to develop the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) level of care in MN
Convened partners and successfully advocated for a new shelter-linked mental health model in the state
Articulating and sharing the provider's perspective on the opportunity for transformation afforded to MN through the FFPSA
