Jason Jacobson of Northwood Children’s Services will lead a discussion regarding time, stress and energy management. During this discussion, we will talk about how important it is to have these areas under control so that you bring the best version of yourself to work for your agency, coworkers and those that you serve. We will also discuss what it looks like when you don't have these areas under control and how it affects others.
